Building Tomorrow: Introducing Greece’s First CORE-Certified Project

Greece is known for its architectural heritage, timeless design, and enduring creativity. Now, it’s about to make history again — this time, by looking to the future.

We are proud to introduce a pioneering project that marks a milestone in sustainable building for Greece: the first CORE-certified development in the country. Designed not only to meet global sustainability standards but also to celebrate Greek artistry and innovation, this project is a lighthouse for what’s possible when vision, culture, and collaboration come together.

The heart of this project is deeply human — a tribute to the renowned Greek sculptor Costas Coulentianos. Known for his bold forms and architectural style, Coulentianos' work is both an inspiration and feature of this project.

Costa Coulentianos made his mark as a sculptor by establishing his personal style by exploring volumes and shapes.

He held many solo exhibitions in Europe, created more than 50 works for public spaces in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Greece and Chile and participated in nearly 100 group exhibitions in America, Europe, Brazil, Japan, Morocco and New Zealand.
