We assess construction products based on EN 15804 and EN 15978, providing full embodied carbon analysis for new and existing projects.
We undertake the full cycle of EPD creation for materials, from data collection, LCA modeling, to submission to official program operators.
We offer technical documentation (alignment + DNSH) for real estate, building projects, infrastructure and municipal projects — essential for 2028–2034 financing.
We offer technical advisory for projects pursuing Living Future Certifications. Our ongoing projects are the first registered projects in Greece.

Alexandros Galatoulas
Graduated from City University MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and from UCL MSc in Construction Economics and Management. Worked in UK in Aibel Ltd and Mott McDonald Ltd. Alexandros is a certified a Living Accredited Profesional and a Passive House certified professional. In his career has been a member of the Technical Advisory Group for Living Future Europe and has been awarded as a Living Future Hero 2025.
Real Estate
Epameinondas Galatoulas
Graduated from UCL MEng in Civil Engineering and from City University Cass Bussines School MSc in Real Estate. Worked in Greece in Eurobank, Deloitte and Alpha bank in the Real Estate Divisions. Nondas is also an Expert Valuer in Real Estate Property, TEGOVA certified.
