We started this venture with the vision to test the "business as-usual" norm.

We are driven to offer solutions to our clients that will understand the importance of creating buildings that not only have a regenerative impact to our enviroment but it also makes good financial sense. That is what we believe "business as-usual" should be. We are based in Athens but we do work internationally.

We hold a combined experience of 15 years in London and Athens working for top tier firms in the field such as Mott MacDonald, Deloitte, Eurobank and Alpha Bank.  We design and assess real estate based on the principles of ILFI, Passive House Institute and TEGovA.
