This project pursuing ILFI’s Zero Carbon certification, is a deep building refurbishment for office use located in Marousi, Athens. The proposed project has 2 basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine and 4 additional floors. The developer is Noval Property Real Estate Investment Company, currently the 2nd largest in Greece.

XYZ Management Consulting assists the owner, designers and consultants’ team, facilitating Zero Carbon development guidance and supporting the project in the design, construction and operations phases.
